Shipping and Handling:
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from time of order.
Return Policy:
How do I make an exchange and return of a returnable item?
An acceptable return is based on the item(s) not being used, soiled or damaged and can be resold in perfect condition.
If the item is damaged or defective, we will replace it without any cost to you, unless it was damaged as a result of misuse. Contact us within 24 hours after receiving the damaged item.
Items damaged by the shipper (UPS or FedEx) must be reported within 48 hours. If you want insurance on a package let us know in advance. Items you purchase are not insured for shipping unless you request the insurance.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling on returns or exchanges, both directions.
You must do the following PRIOR TO RETURNING A PURCHASED ITEM:
E-mail to arrange to get a Return Authorization. We must know the reason for the return in order to replace or get you a new one. If the product is unused, undamaged and can be resold, we will accept it back only after approval. Let us know what items you would like to exchange for. To return an item it must be in the original package, unused, and undamaged in any way.

Please read the following Terms of Transaction (“Agreement”) carefully before electronically submitting your donation or order to Emaho Foundation, Inc. (“Emaho”). To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that this Agreement and any other documentation, agreements, notices or communications between you and Emaho may be provided to you electronically. To access this Agreement electronically and print a copy of this Agreement for your records, you must have Internet access, as well as access to a printer. By clicking “I Agree” below, you confirm that you have access to a computer that is capable of accessing the Internet, enabling you to access Emaho’s website. You also confirm that you have access to a printer or the ability to make a hard copy of this Agreement, and that you have made a copy of this Agreement for your records. Make sure to print a copy of this Agreement for your records. To print, select “File” on the menu of your browser and then select “Print” or hit the “Print” icon located on the top of this Agreement.
You may withdraw your consent to entering into transactions electronically in the future at any time without charge. To withdraw your consent, please contact us in writing at PO Box 3014, Scottsdale, Arizona 85271oremail us at mail@emahofoundation.com and indicate that you wish to enter into any transactions with Emaho in person or in writing. Please include the following information in your correspondence: your full name and home address. We will send you a confirming notice once we have processed your change request. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes in your e-mail address by e-mailing us at mail@emahofoundation.org.
Order Submission/Donation
Products and prices on this website remain valid while they are listed and offered on this website. The price of the products you order will be the price posted on this website as of the date of this order.
Upon Emaho’s receipt of your donation and/or order, as applicable, Emaho will send electronic confirmation of receipt of your donation to the e-mail address you provide Emaho. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of confirmation does not signify acceptance by Emaho of your donation and/or order. Emaho reserves the right at any time after receipt of your donation and/or order to accept or decline your donation and/or order for any reason. Your donation and/or order will be reviewed by Emaho and is subject to Emaho’s approval. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer on behalf of Emaho, but is rather a solicitation for you to make a donation to Emaho or to purchase products.
All solicitations and offers set forth on this website are void where prohibited, and are subject to the posting of any official rules pertaining to such solicitations.
Forms of Payment
Upon submission of your donation and/or order via this website, you will be transferred to PayPal Corp. for payment processing where you will be required to provide payment information in order to complete your donation and/or order. Your use of the PayPal Corp. website and payment processing service is subject to the terms and conditions posted by PayPal Corp. Emaho has no responsibility or liability for your use of the PayPal Corp. website and payment processing service.
Payment must be via PayPal Corp. with either a MasterCard or a Visa credit card. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will be charged upon Emaho’s approval of your donation and/or order. You must submit the necessary credit card information before your donation and/or order will be processed. If the credit card information that you submit is incorrect or invalid, your donation and/or order, as applicable, will not be processed. Payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing your credit card. Emaho assumes no responsibility or liability if the financial institution refuses to accept or honor your credit card for any reason.
If you do not wish to make your donation or place your order via credit card, you may submit your donation or place your order via telephone or in writing. Donations or orders submitted via telephone or in writing may be paid by cash or check, in addition to credit card.
Shipping, Risk of Loss and Taxes
Payment of shipping and handling costs are your responsibility as the purchaser and are included in the total charges for the product. Title to products passes to you upon shipment of the goods from Emaho’s facility. All orders will be shipped via Federal Express or another internationally recognized carrier. You are responsible for any and all sales, use, excise and other taxes, import duties and charges that may arise as a result of your order. You agree to assume all responsibility in connection with the Emaho products upon delivery of such products to you or to a common carrier.
Delay in Shipment
Product shipment dates are approximate only. Emaho will not be liable to you nor be in breach of this Agreement because of any delivery or performance within a reasonable time after the shipment dates provided by Emaho. Emaho will notify you in the event of a delay in the shipment of your order. In no event will Emaho be liable for any delays in shipment or performance caused by your failure to provide necessary and accurate information in a timely manner, or caused by circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

No Liability
In no event shall Emaho or any of its officers, directors, employees, representatives, consultants, members, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use or profits) arising out of or in any way related to your purchase or use of any emaho products, the use or performance of this website or any linked website or to any products, material or information obtained through this website, or otherwise arising out of any emaho products, the use of this website or the inability to use this website, whether such damages are based in tort, contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Emaho has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your access to and use of the website and any material, services or information obtained through this website. Furthermore, in no event will Emaho’s liability for any direct damages exceed the purchase price of the product alleged to have given rise to the direct loss or damage.
The above limitation may not apply to you to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

In the event an order is placed, buyer acknowledges that because Emaho products may be used under unforeseeable conditions, Emaho makes no warranty, and in fact disclaims all warranties, regarding any of the products sold on or available through this website.

In the event of any dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recovery of its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator, then the court or arbitrator shall modify such provision to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision enforceable and valid. Should such modification prove impossible or impracticable then the provision shall be severed and the remaining terms of this Agreement shall be interpreted and read to give them maximum enforceability. Any cause of action or claim with respect to this website must be commenced within one (1) year after the action or claim arises.

This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding this subject matter.
